Alan Saler is extremely pleased to announce the opening of his
new mediation office. His new office suite is located at 4705
Laurel Canyon Blvd, Suite 302, in Valley Village. The building
is one block north of the Laurel Canyon Blvd. exit of the 101
Freeway. It is across the street from Gelson's Supermarket.
There is free parking in the lot immediately adjacent to the
building, as well as wireless Internet access throughout the
suite.

Alan G. Saler has been
a full-time, independent neutral since starting his mediation
practice in 2003. During 2008, he mediated 173 cases, claims or
disputes, including a score that resulted in 7-figure
settlements. Mr. Saler has an extremely high success rate. Those
who have used his services praise his legal analysis,
preparation, integrity, tenacity and follow up. His spacious
Sherman Oaks offices are freeway close and include free parking,
Internet access and other amenities. In addition to Los Angeles,
Mr. Saler serves, and if requested, travels to Orange,
Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, Kern, Santa Barbara and San
Diego Counties.
Upon graduating from Columbia University School of Law in 1984,
Mr. Saler joined Ervin, Cohen & Jessup, where he handled complex
civil litigation. In 1992, he founded a Los Angeles branch
office for a prominent New York City civil litigation firm.
During the ensuing eight years he served as its managing partner
and lead trial counsel. The growth of his mediation practice led
to his launching a dispute resolution company in January 2003.
Since then he has devoted his practice exclusively to mediating
and arbitrating disputes, drawing on his considerable legal
experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in personal
injury, employment, professional liability, real estate,
insurance, and commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Saler is on Resolute System, Inc.'s Southern California
panel and the party pay panels administered by the Ventura and
Kern County Superior Courts. He is a member of the California
Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He Chairs the San Fernando
Valley Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.
An approved continuing education provider, Mr. Saler frequently
lectures and writes about alternative dispute resolution topics.
